Description:
Cast iron lawn garden tractor sprinkler marked National Walking Lawn Sprinkler Lincoln Nebraska. 1940's lawn relic built like a tank; cast iron body, wheels, clicker arms, aluminum sprayer, plastic gear wheel. 17" long by 7.5" wide(wheel to wheel measurements). Factory pressed marks: XA-L on body, XWE wheels, LXL on ratchet arms. Great original green orange & silver factory paint. This old boy will probably need new washer seals & fresh grease lube on the spinner coil to insure maximum sprinkler output. Buyer needs to be a bit handy around the house- semi regular maintenence on a great sprinkler like this, will give gardener many years of service. This tractor is the Fort Knox of sprinklers, when compared to the new partly plastic modern versions.
