Description:
Cast iron lawn garden tractor sprinkler marked National Walking Lawn Sprinkler of Lincoln Nebraska. 1940's lawn relic built like a tank; cast iron body, wheels, clicker arms, aluminum sprayer, plastic gear wheel. 17" long by 7.5" wide(wheel to wheel measurements). Factory pressed marks: XA-L on body, XWE wheels, LXL on ratchet arms. This old boy is probably going to need new washer seals to insure maximum sprinkler output. Buyer needs to be a bit handy around the house; semi regular maintenence on a sprinkler such as this, will give the gardener many years of service. This tractor is the Fort Knox of sprinklers, when compared with the new partly plastic modern versions.
