Description: This is a collection of over 240 pieces that represent armies from America, Britain, Germany and Italy. Makers of these toy soldiers and other figures include Britains, Elastolin, Grey Iron, Lincoln Log, Lineol and Tootsietoy. All were purchased in the mid 1930�s in New York City. Condition varies from fair for some of the composition pieces by Elastolin to excellent for pieces by Britains and Grey Iron. The Britains include: 3, three piece motorcycle machine gunners (#199), and 1 Army Medical Corp Ambulance (#145A).
