Description: Until recently, these 3-1/4" dime store soldiers were attributed to Chicago toy soldier maker J. E. Jones. This soldier - Ammunition Carrier - (MA-18) is one of the rarest and most desirable among collectors. It is in very good condition with almost no paint loss except manufacturers defect of a hole on the left side of the waistline. Height : 3-1/4", American Metal circa 1930's.
