Description: Hawaii warehouse find! Measurements above are for the box. Collapsed the monocular measures 4 1/2" & extended 6 1/". Made in Chicago by a company known for their cameras. This was definately made as a novelty item. The box touts its use as a "vest pocket edition for theaters & sporting events" but I'm sure it was mainly marketed for children. Made of heavy black cardboard w/plastic sleeve holding lens & eyepiece in. No mention of power or strength. Some magnification but mostly just for fun. Colorful original box lithographed all over as in the photos. Good stocking stuffer!
