Description: This late Victorian Shell Cameo is exquisite. Measuring 2 5/8", the cameo pendant has a detailed and delicately carved fretwork frame of tortoise shell encasing the shell cameo. The portrait cameo exhibits fine carving but it is the vintage tortoise shell that raises this to the level of striking uniqueness. Great Victorian jewelry.
