This circular bowl has a deep interior with a very wide shaped rim in the form of strapwork and embellished with engraved decoration of fleur-de-lys and bellflowers. This very refined decoration is complimented by the sleek silver interior. Like all of Tiffany's work this bowl is heavy gauge silver and has been expertly crafted. This small bowl or dish measures approx. 2 1/2" high and 10 3/4" in diameter, and weighs approx. 10 troy ounces. It is marked under the base with the mark of Tiffany & Co., the words Makers, Sterling Silver, pattern number 20406D, order number 16301, and the letter M for John C. Moore, Tiffany's president from 1907-1947. This antique silver bowl is a timeless design that would enhance any table setting. For serving or decorating this handsome bowl makes a versatile piece.
