Description: Lovely large round platter produced by Thomas in Bavaria. The plate is signed and painted with a beautiful pink and white rose pattern on a shaded dark to light green background with a touch of pink. The edge is gold gilt. On the back is a shield and Thomas mark in the center and also in red Bavaria and "Moes Favoris" and in green Hand Painted. The platter is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear and tiny scratches on the gold gilded edge, one dark dot that can be seen in the pictures beside the pink rose (a flaw in the finish). I cannot read the signature, but I have shown it in the picture. Very nice old piece for your collection!
