Description: Antique theatrical dog postcard. Real photo. Stage, circa 1915. 3.5" x 5.25". Front is a photograph of a man displaying a theatre dog. What type of dog is he? The back of the postcard gives an explanation: the body of a sheepdog, muzzle of a setter, ears of a cocker spaniel, serious look of an Irish terrier, tail of a Pomeranian, coat of a retriever, and the noble eyes of a poodle. He is "Patsy", an important character in "Storm over Patsy" at the Guild Theatre. The card has some edge wear, but is otherwise unused and VG+.
