Description: A lovely teapot and matching sugar and creamer set that is bottom stamped Made In Occupied Japan. This mark was used from 1946-1952 when the US occupied Japan after World War 2. The teapot has sustained damage to the handle. Please view images carefully. No other damage. The teapot measures 7.5 in from spout to handle and is 5.25 in. tall. The sugar is 4.25 in. tall and 3 in. diameter. The creamer is 2.75 in. tall and 2.75 in. diameter. Lovely cottage or house design. Will display well but I wouldn't use the teapot with a damaged handle.Price has been adjusted down due to this damage.
