Description: ~Stick 'n ball pieces were designed of spindle work with round balls connected to one another by straight or twisted dowels. They are often put together to form intricate decorative designs. Because of the delicate nature of the construction, only a limited number of pieces of stick 'n ball survived through the years. ~From the North Texas area we obtained this fine maple stick 'n ball stand. Refinished in warm, brown tones of oak, this piece consists of four shelves providing various storage for many different items. Use this piece in a bathroom or as a bedside table. It will be a thing of beauty for many, many years.
