Description: Fine antique sterling silver needle-case, or etui for hanging on a chatelaine.

It is a long cylinder with a hinged top. No decoration or monogram.

Hallmarks appear to be Birmingham, British Sterling, i (1908). Registration number on the hanger, 529154 also dates to 1908. The makers mark is not legible; looks like an E and B.

Measures 3 inches long

Good condition. A bit dinged at the top so the lid does not close securely. No repairs.
