I've seen a few of these over the years, and even more rarely in the original box like this one! The indicator has been checked and varified to be in good working order, no wear noted, the original accessories are included, like what you see in the pictures. Clearly marked "THE L.S. STARRETT CO. ATHOL MASS. U.S.A. No. 64" on the box and on the indicator. The accessories, indicator and wooden box are all in great shape! The original box has a good paper label at one end, and a nice divider inside to keep the indicator away from the heavier accessories. The box has a good sliding top that is made of wood also. The box must have been stored in a nice clean place over the years, as it is very clean outside, with a bit of shop dirt inside. A great opportunity to buy a discontinued quality Starrett machinist tool in super condition, with extras too! A hard to find model from the 1920's era!
