Description: Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor .45-70 Rifle. Single Action carbine. Serial Number 27123 was made between January & March 1874. Before Custer's Little Big Horn Battle. It has a 29 1/2 inch barrel. Soldier has added a picture of the deer on the butt. Orginal Condition-only blemishes-hairline surface crack in stock and crack in lower butt of the gun caused by use. Comes with wood push rod. Will ship insured. Extremely Nice collectible!
