A beautiful production on Ellworth Kelly and his artistic process. Shears photo essay is approximately 20 pages and consists of photographs of Kellys home, studio, gardens etc. in Spencerton, NY. There are 16 full page color plates of Kellys work (you can see examples of these in the photos below) as well as both black and white and color reproductions dispersed throughout Yve Alain Bois 15 pages of text.
Condition is very good to excellent. Dust jacket has been covered with clear mylar (removed for the photograph of the cover below and replaced). There is slight and consistent toning to edges of the pages. Otherwise this book is in excellent condition.
