The mantel clock is decorated with many fine bronze ornaments also!This old clock is getting so hard to come by these days-especially in such lovely condition! We believe this beautiful clock dates to the early 1940's and has all the features that make original old clocks so desirable! Solid construction, superb functionality and timeless high end style! German clockwork with pendulum on spring suspension, 8 days going work, the 1/1 and 1/2 hours striking on two silvered bells,perfect condition and good running/striking.
