Description: A handsome early 18th century door from the village of Lizarra in the province of Navarra (Spain). With a frame crafted from honey pine and exquisitely carved walnut "diamond" panels, this mixed wood piece is highly typical of period doors from the Basque-speaking north of Navarra. This door retains all of its decorative iron hardware, wrought iron hinges and the original spring lock in perfect working condition.
