Description: A Virginia Metalcrafters souvenir of Shenandoah National Park, Virginia trivet, ca. 1951. On the front, the center of the trivet depicts a scene of the park, surrounded by double, overlapping horseshoes at the top, two dogwood flowers and pine cones on the sides, and a cardinal on the handle. The back depicts a map of Skyline Drive and has four feet. It is marked "Copyright 1951 VA. Metalcrafters, VCM, 9-28" and is signed "HB" on the reverse. Shipping quoted upon sale.
