Description: Flight, Barr & Barr Worcester Porcelain Antique English covered Soup Tureen and Stand. The gorgeous tureen has gilt highlights on the neo-classical shape handles and acanthus leaves which grace the underside of the tureen. The underside of the stand evidences four very small chips (1/4-1/2 inch in length) along the edge which are NOT evident from above. There is no other damage whatsoever on the tureen or lid. The tureen stand has both the impressed FBB and crown mark as well as the rare printed mark. Circa 1813-25.
