Description: Exceptional quality solid quartered oak two piece corner hutch. It has dental molding below the cornice top and below that is a lovely band of curved carving with a lion head in the center. The top section has two beveled glass doors and two vertical beveled glasses on each side with two rope turned columns. There are three solid oak original adjustable shelves with concaved cut out fronts. The bottom section has a carved column supporting two cupboards with intricately carved doors. There are two vertical raised and beveled panels on each side of the base. The cabinet has two large claw feet in the front. The number "1763" is stenciled on the back with the remains of a paper label (see photo). This is a very solid well constructed cabinet with superior quality and craftsmanship!
