Description: Here's a small picture frame holder that is probably Victorian era. On the one side there is a sweet picture of flowers. Don't know if it is a water color as I haven't take it apart. The other side is material which has deteriorated due to age. The outside is velvet. Just a sweet old frame with flowers.
