Description: This is a small antique buttocks or melon basket . It is about 5" to the top of the handle, about 7" long and 6 1/2" deep. On one side where the handle meets the basket there are some pieces missing (see Pictures). Otherwise it is in excellent condition. The handle appears to be one piece and goes all the way around to the bottom. I am not an expert on these old baskets as I rarely ever get them.
