Description: The book is 'Skyrider' by B. M. Bower with frontspiece by Anton Otto Fischer. published in 1919 by Little, Brown, and Company of Boston. I believe that this may be a first edition. Skyrider is about a young man that wanted to fly and tried to prove that he could combine flying with ranching and found out that it did not work too well. B. M. Bower is well known for his 'Chip of the Flying U' series of books. this book measures 7 1/2" tall, 5" wide and 1 1/2" thick with 317 pages. The book is in good condition with a clothbound cover that does show wear at the corners and especially at the top of the spine. Happy Collecting!!
