Description: Vintage 1960s skirt that has stripes of navy blue, white and orange red. This is a nautical theme I believe and it seems like this was a famous or very popular motif at the time as I remember. Designer pop or mod look on this vintage skirt of clowns or sailors with hat, striped shirt and navy blue pants or trousers.
30.0 length from waist to hem and 13.0 at waist laid flat. There is a 1.50 inch of elastic that someone placed to give extra room and can be removed and back waist is also elasticized. Silky material like a nylon. Maybe faille?
