Six Walnut Chairs, Circa 1890. Set of six solid walnut carved chairs with needle point seats. Eastlake styling influences. Triple slat back with incisings, burl veneer & small stick & ball turnings. Scalloped centerpiece on crest rail. Reeded & fluted stiles & demi-arms. Molded lip on front & side edges of seat & scalloped, incised apron below. Double box stretchers, ball & ring turned in front. Turned ball, ring & baluster front legs on peg feet. Refinished. Ca.: 1890. Dimensions/Weight: 35.3Hx18Wx19.3D/10 lbs.(est.). #CR031509FE1.
