Description: Silver coated metal ornate basket with handle and heavy cobalt glass liner. If it is silverplate, some of the silver is worn off - very beautiful and gives it a lot of character. The cobalt blue liner has a few tiny nicks on the edge but not broken or cracked (you can see the nicks in the picture - very tiny). Beautiful all-over floral design on the basket.
