Additional photo available. Early piece of Russian renowned sculptor,Sergey Eylanbekov. Polychrome antique cream male nude torso,concrete on steet shank with concrete square gold polychrome base. Extremely detailed with signature on the back lower right,"S Eylanbekov". Slight wear in a few areas to the cream paint as seen in the photos. Starting in bronze,he discovered and perfected many forms of acrylics in the early nineties. Born in 1960,the prestigious artist was admitted at age 13 to the Moscow School of Fine Art and at 17 to the Moscow Surekov Academy of Fine Art,one of two of the most prestigious art schools in the entire Soviet Union. His pieces are seen in museums and galleries worldwide. After the Russian government closed his studio in the eighties,he came to America to sculpt and has gained acceptance and awards to organizations usually given to artists much older than himself. This piece was created prior to sculpting for studios such as Alva as those pieces are clearly marked with the studio name. Excellent condition otherwise. Measures 15H X 9L X 5D. Stunning piece on any chest,desk or table.
