Description: Fine hand painted porcelain plaque of a young boy dressed in blue. The plaque has the impressed mark KPM on the back . The detail in this painting is so incredible,& so fine it will take your breath away The depth & dimension is just so hard to put into words This little guy has sandy blond hair & big green eyes with a perfect beautifully shaped mouth .the plaque is housed in a carved wood ,gesso & gold gilt frame that has some gold loss in a few spots.On the back is the original brown paper covering with a fountain pen inscription that reads “Puis Ferdinand Messerschmitt New York Alter von 6 1890 Bamberg”The plaque measures 5 ½ x 4 1/4 .Overall in the frame it measures 8 ½ x 7 .The condition of the plaque is spectacular Striving For Excellence It isn’t brilliance or just getting the breaks, It is consistent attention to & honest respect for the Customer.
