This is a stunningly beautiful, American Sideboard/ Kitchen Cupboard. It is made of Oak and has a rich, Medium Oak Patina. It is in excellent condition. The piece has a beautifully pronounced Pediment. It is composed of Double Glazed Doors over Two Drawers with Paneled Double Doors below. The Glazed Doors have delicate Cathedral Arches at the top. They open to reveal a roomy interior with Two Solid Oak Shelves. The piece could also be used as a Bookcase. It would make a fine piece for a gentleman's study. The Drawers open to reveal roomy interiors. The Double Doors below are made in a Sunken Panel Design with Three Vertical Panels running up each Door. The Doors open to reveal a roomy interior with a Shelf flowing across the center. This is a beautifully functional piece. The Hardware is all original; this includes the lovely hinges, latches, and intricately formed Back Plates and Bale Pulls on the Drawers. The Sides of the piece are beautifully paneled. It is supported upon Bracket Feet. This American Victorian Sideboard / Kitchen Cupboard is quite lovely. It will make an elegant addition to any room of your home.
