Description: Suberb museum quality shell cameo carved in very heavy relief. Unusual to find cameos with diamonds in hair. Diamond is large about 15 pts. So often the diamonds adoring the cameos are small. There are small hearts worked into the 14kt yellow gold filigree frame. May be worn as a pin or pendant.
