Description: Shakespeare Genuine Swimming Mouse wooden fishing lures from the 1920's. One lure is marked, and the other is not. Both plugs have nearly the same design: raised eyes on the unmarked lure, eyes are inset on the marked one. Mouse tails are made from old braided fishing line, and both look original. Marked lure is 2.75 inches long, and the unmarked plug measures 3 inches. Cracking paint around tail & along line hook on the Shakespeare--older looking paint on this lure. Unmarked mouse has paint chips around the tail, and a few chips near the front eyelet.
