SETH THOMAS TWO-TONE ADJUSTED 17 JEWELS Circa: 1893. Rare tqo-tone model. This model features bright yellow and nickel pattern contrast on the plates. These colors rarely are seen with Seth Thomas and this is a fine example. Also featured is the original mint bold Arabic "SETH THOMAS" marked original dial. This watch is a hight grade and is especially collectible also becuase of the two-tone plates. Clean, running. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Mint white porcelain dial with bold Arabic figures. This dial is in mint condition and is original to the movement. Clearly marked: "SETH THOMAS".
MOVEMENT: 18 size, open face, lever set, bold yellow and nickel two tone fancy pattern damascening movement signed: "Adjusted/ 17 Jewels", "Seth Thomas/ Thomaston, Conn.", #214,664. Bold bright color contrast.
CASE: Screw back and bezel polished nickel/silver open face style case.
