Description:
This mahogany domed top mantel clock was made by the highly regarded company, Seth Thomas. It's simple design and small size makes it adaptable to a variety of locations and decors. The mahogany case is in excellent original condition and rests on thin brass feet. The clock retains its original bowed glass and brass bezel. The porcelain face has handpainted numerals and its original hands. There is some very slight porcelain touch up/repair around the post, which carries the hands. The eight-day works are original and require winding only once a week. The clock has its original winding key. The clock is in excellent working condition and strikes every hour and half hour. There is another door on the back to access the works and original clock pendulum.
