Item Description:
This is a beautiful set of 18 Limoges dessert hand painted gilded dishes. The set includes 2 round bowls, 2 oval bowls, 12 dishes and 2 table servers. They have distinguished shaped gilded rims and they feature gorgeous hand painted foliage & floral gilded art works with beautiful birds, dragonflies and colorful butterflies. Two dishes have minor age appropriate chips that are not distracting at all and another is cracked but has been repaired.
They may show minor age appropriate signs of wear
otherwise they are overall in very good cosmetic condition considering their age, circa 1899.
