Description: 19th century Wire work fireplace fender, the serpentine front has great form & flowing movement & ready to compliment your fireplace hearth. The curlicue brass work that is applied to the front has exceptional depth & movement. The top rail is hand hammered brass with a lustrous as found condition The fender is in very good condition & it measures 48” wide x 15” high x 15” deep.
