Description: This is a wonderful example of the work of the Saturday Evening Girls and their Paul Revere Pottery, dated 1920 and done by Albina Mangini. It is a complicated and exceptional example of flowers and leaves totally surrounding the bowl, in colors of white, yellow, green and on a satiny matte blue ground. It is done in the cuerda seca or wax resist process and is in mint condition. This is a spectacular piece for any collection and has a strong arts and crafts aesthetic. The Saturday Evening Girls and their Paul Revere Pottery were part of the settlement house movement in Boston in the early 1900's.
