Description: Superb sterling silver bowl in the form of a leaf by acclaimed silversmith Sciarrotta. The designer created a series of leaf-shaped dishes for a few select stores, including Bailey, Banks & Biddle. This is example is quite heavy and very well made. The curling edges of the lip give the form a very realistic appearance. The bottom is marked by both Bailey, Banks & Biddle and Sciarrotta.

Origin: America, ca. 1945. Condition: excellent, no dings, no monogram. Size: 5” x 6” x 2-1/4”. Weight: 151.5 grams.
