Description: This delicate blue Schafer & Vater Jasperware hair receiver features, in detailed cream bas-relief, a cameo of a Victorian lady against a lilac pink background and with additional decoration scattered around the lid and jar. This irregular shaped jar measuring about 4 inches long x 3 inches wide x 2 inches tall. Incised on the bottom are the numbers 1198 and the Schafer & Vater crown. Both the jar and its lid are in excellent condition.
