Description: This delicate round Schafer & Vater Jasperware powder jar features, in detailed white bas-relief, a tableau of a Victorian duet - the lady sitting and playing piano, the man standing and play a violin both against a blue background. A wreath surrounds the jar, additional decoration adorns the lid and jar. Measuring 3 1/4 inches in diameter x 2 inches tall. Incised on the bottom are numbers to faint to discern and the Schafer & Vater crown. Both the jar and its lid are in excellent condition for its age.
