Description: Sweet heart shaped Blue sapphire and diamond pendant necklace. Center sapphire is 4 invisibly set princess cut sapphires set in a double millgrained diamond shaped area. Accented at top of heart with 2 invisibly set princess cut sapphires flanked with scroll of diamonds on each sides. Pendant is open and has a lacy filigree look. Bail is also diamond studded. There are a total of 17 diamonds with .12 CT TDW and 6 Blue Sapphires .32 Ct. All edges of the 14Kt white gold pendant are millgrained for a heirloom antique look.
