Collector Bookstore is a retailer of new books located in Leavenworth, Kansas. We specialize in price guides and reference books for the antiques and collectibles industry. Table of Contents Founded by an English banker called Francis Gardner in 1766, the Gardner Factory was the first private porcelain manufactory in Russia. Located in the village of Verbilki in Moscow Province, the factory made an important contribution to the history of national porcelain. Besides producing works for the Imperial court, the Gardner Factory also manufactured porcelain for the domestic market, working in such diverse styles as Neoclassicism, Rococo, Romanticism, Gothic Revival, chinoiserie and Art Nouveau.
