This plate, which is BRAND NEW AND UNUSED, has been classified as second quality, ( Royal Albert's method of second classification is either with a small mark or score, close to, or on, the backstamp). It is normally very difficult to find the reason why, as Royal Albert's quality control is of an extremely high standard, and these items are no exception.…….superb
