These are fabulous Rosenthal bread plates in the popular Vienna pattern. Backstamped in green: Rosenthal Selb Germany, U.S. Zone. Very collectible since Germany was only occupied by US forces for a very short time period. These gorgeous plates are in good condition and are 6 wide. (I also have the teacups/saucers and salad plates in stock; identical but for the backstamps; some are occupied Germany, some not). (They do not appear to have been used).
