Description: For Sale I have a very Tall Vase made by The Rookwood Pottery Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. The Vase displays a wonderful Deep Semi Matte Green Glaze.

The Pattern is a very Pleasing one as It displays a Garland of Embossed Flowers, Leaves and Fruit. These are all paneled horizontally. The bottom Panel has a smooth line below the Garland and there are Arts and Crafts Rectangle Shapes standing vertically side by side Surrounding the top.

The Vase is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no issues to report. It is signed on the bottom with Rookwood's Reverse RP Logo and Roman Numerals XXVII for the year of manufacture 1928. There is also a mold number 2489 impressed under the date.

In all my years of Collecting I have never come across such a Tall Production Vase. This is a really Impressive Vase and it will look great on that Stickley, Mission, Arts and Crafts Bookcase. I guarantee that the Buyer will not be disappointed.
