Description: This is an antique victorian rolling blotter or ink blotter made with a bronze top and knob and wood bottom. The rolling blotter measures 2.25 inches high by 5 inches long by 2.5 inches wide and was made in England in the 1890-1900s. There are pretty repousse rose panels but the blotting paper is gone but could probably be replaced. A very decorative accent piece or to grace one's desk.
