Description: Unusual cigarette holder, rickshaw design, sterling silver with wood handles, the wheels actually move so you can use it as a cigarette trolley, marked STERLING and "PLATA, M.A.P., 925, HECHO EN MEXICO D.F." (this mark mentioned on page 89 of Billie Hougart's "The Little Book...", measuring 4" high (not including ball finial) x 7" long. Condition is very good, just needs polishing & one of the wood handles needs to be glued in, it's loose, circa 1950's.
