This is a retro navy blue double breasted pea coat. It has 6 leather covered buttons across the front with one worn as shown, two deep front slash pockets tabbed shoulders with buttons, one inside breast pocket, one hidden inside slash pocket and it's fully lined.
It does have a vented back.
