Description: Hard to find BLUE CHAMP CARE BEAR! Blue Champ is 13" tall & has the troll like hair. He is brand new with original hang tag which is dated 2003. He was manufactured by "Those Characters from Cleveland, Inc, Play Along. This style of head is retired and no longer being made. There is a small light crease in the hang tag which you can see in my pictures.
