Description: Truly wonderful cat plate. Clearly Victorian though no marks.Seems to be a white opaque glass with pierced design around. No breaks or repairs though on some of the nobbly things there are a few flea bites.Not really visiblwe though felt when I run my fingers over the rim.Highly collectible!!!
