Description: This is a Schneider red handle cake breaker used for slicing cake. I believe the handle is either bakelite or catalin. It is in very good condition with some minor wear to the metal as seen in the pictures. The handle has no cracks or burn marks. It is 11 inches long. It was made by the Schneider Co. in Toledo, Ohio. This Schneider red cake breaker would be a great gift for someone or just handy to have around the kitchen.
