Description: For sale are these vintage Samsonite Hot Rod Skatemobiles. These are too cute! I bought them at a house sale along with a lot of other toys from the 1960's, early 1970's, so I believe these date to around the same time. I have never seen them before! They come with the original box, which is not in great shape as shown. The skates, however, are just great. Very funny with headlights and jeep wheels. Big selling point is that you do not need a key to adjust, but only have to turn a screw. Headlight seem to have a factory error in that one appears to be gold while the other is more silver. In the present short position, they measure approx. 7 1/2" l x 4 1/2" w.
